We only collect information you actively give us:

• Contact form submissions: name, email, phone number (if provided), preferred date, location, and the message you send us. This is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our email inbox.

We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on this website.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To send you a quote, schedule a call, or follow up about a current project.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

The website uses the following third-party services that may process some of your data:

• YouTube — embedded videos. YouTube may set cookies when you play a video.
• FormSubmit — handles delivery of contact form submissions.

Cookies

We do not set our own cookies. Embedded YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits the cookies YouTube sets. This includes the background video on our homepage, which plays automatically without sound.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email alex@mal1media.com.

Canadian residents have additional rights under PIPEDA. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to deliver the project and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards (typically 24 months). We delete enquiries on request.
