MAL1-MEDIA ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit mal1-media.com or contact us about a project, how we use it, and what rights you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you actively give us, plus some basic anonymous analytics:
- Contact form submissions: name, email, phone number (if provided), preferred date, location, and the message you send us. This is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our email inbox.
- Anonymous analytics: page views, device type, referrer, and approximate location (country/region). We do not collect any personally identifying information through analytics.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To send you a quote, schedule a call, or follow up about a current project.
- To improve the website and understand which content is useful to visitors.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
The website uses the following third-party services that may process some of your data:
- YouTube — embedded videos. YouTube may set cookies when you play a video.
- FormSubmit — handles delivery of contact form submissions.
Cookies
We do not set our own cookies. Embedded YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and only set cookies if you choose to play a video.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email alex@mal1media.com.
Canadian residents have additional rights under PIPEDA. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to deliver the project and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards (typically 24 months). We delete enquiries on request.
